Love, love, love this salon! My Mom & I have been coming to I Polish for almost a year now & I get my nails done by Nina. She is seriously the nicest person, very professional, consistent & ALWAYS makes sure I am happy w/ my nails throughout the process. I am very particular w/ my nails & Nina never gets annoyed w/ me & is the best nail tech I've ever had. Just for reference, I've been getting acrylics done for 16 -17 years. My Mom & I couldn't be happier & only have endless good things to say about I Polish salon & the whole staff. If you're looking for a new salon, don't hesitate any further!

I started going to this nail salon at the end of last year in 2023. I am so impressed with their excellent service! I love how Nina decorated the salon. I love how she is so supportive of her customers! She is a very smart businesswoman. She caters to everyone is so kind to everyone. That is the way to keep your customers. But not only that, she provides excellent services for a very reasonable price! There has not been one person that I have met there that has ever showed that they are not happy with the services she provides. She also hires an excellent staff and everyone that has helped me has been very good at what they do. Thank you for your excellent nail salon! I have been to several nail salons in my area of Lake Forest and nothing comes close to this salon! I love coming here every time!

I went here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The spa is SO clean, the employees are so friendly and their work is top. Their prices are very affordable and they really take care of you. 11/10 would recommend on all aspects!

Best. Nail Salon. Ever. I moved to Orange County about two years ago and have not fell in love with a salon until I came here! They are patient and give you their undivided attention, they are receptive to feedback/criticism and will make things right if something is to go wrong. There is hardly any wait time (Ive never had one) and they play super amusing food videos on their TV. Overall amazing experience and staff :)

However, Jamie managed to give me a great pedicure.

Super nice place! Just went for the first time. Very clean all around, all staff wore masks and they have plastic shields set out, and hand sanitizer. The ladies are so friendly and took their time to make my mani/pedi perfect. They werent pushy about offering more expensive services either. I was the only customer in the salon for awhile, but they have it set up well for social distancing. Ill definitely be back!

Good experience. Able to arrange appointment by text which was very convenient. Got my mom and myself in for my birthday pedicure. No upselling, just accepted what we said we wanted. Made good suggestion for my moms color for her toes and used her own finger nail polish. Will definitely be back.

Jaime did my nails and was so friendly and took extra care to ensure I was happy with the results of what she was doing. SO MUCH care that the color I chose for my nails did not exactly match my toes and she took the time to find another color that matched perfectly.
Alley did my pedicure ..... talk about baby soft feet and perfectly polished toes!!! Shes a master at her profession.

The salon is quaint and cute. For the first time ever I’ve felt so comfortable sitting in an salon chair getting a mani pedi. They are gentle and take their time. They engage in great conversation with you and are respectful. I thought I had my go to salon but this one swept them under the rug! Jamie and Helen are great!

Very nice staff, clean and calm atmosphere. I did come in with an appointment and my pedicure still felt rushed. Besides that, everything else was great!

Ok... I am now a loyal customer of Helen's and this Salon. I started coming when they first opened and tried Dip nail for the first time ever. I had always been a gel fan, but wanted something else to last a little longer, without going to acrylic nails. Helen explained powder dip nails and I gave it a go. She was very detailed,friendly and fast. After I could not believe how beautiful my short little nails were. Not only were they pretty, but now about 2 months in I have long, strong, gorgeous natural nails. The dip LASTS and everyone comments on how pretty the colors look. This last round of nails is now 3 weeks and counting... they have grown out, but NO chipping or flaking like Gel. THANKS HELEN!

I came here during lunch time on a weekday needing a pedicure. I found this place on Yelp and liked how they had reasonably priced pedicures and different tiers.

Definitely a nicer salon than your average ones, clean and modern decor. Simple color schemes that's relaxing.

//PEDICURE//
I got the $30 pedicure which included callous (what I was looking for), polish, scrub, cuticle, hot stones and a basic massage. I thought the polish job was good and they did my feet a lot better than more expensive places. My heels were disgusting and it felt baby smooth after.

//SERVICE//
They asked me if I wanted anything to drink and I opted for water. The service was fantastic - I honestly liked how they didn't try talking to me (sometimes I like it but sometimes I just want to relax). And they don't talk to each other while they're working on you which I like. It wasn't crowded so that might be why but I appreciated that they made it feel like a relaxing salon.

Just discovered this salon a couple weeks ago and ever since I have gone no where else. This new salon deserves all the attention. The salon is so fresh, new, and has an amazing relaxing environment. The staff at iPOLISH Nails Spa is amazing, very friendly, hospitable and polite. The salon is clean, spacious, they have many services to offer: wax, eyelash extensions, gel nail, dip powder, manicure and pedicure. The background music relaxes you, the seats are comfortable. This place is going to be the best on the block. You will not regret giving them an opportunity to serve you. They are all about customer service and treat you very well.

I went in to try this new business out and I'm here to tell you I was pleased. Very clean, ladies are so friendly. Kathy did a gel mani on me and you can see from my photos that she did a great job.
They use great brands on polish as well.

I'm always hesitant to try new places because if you are anything like me, you feel better about established businesses with tons of reviews. But after looking at the state of my feet, I realized I was in need of a pedicure...quickly. I chose iPolish because of its convenient location (and they were offering a grand opening discount ). Helen was super sweet and did an amazing job on my piggies. Plus, no overtly pushy offers to add services. She just politely told me about all the services they offered. Great massage, no pain, no cuts, smooth polish job. Now I have baby soft feet and beautifully polished teal nails. I'm happy!

I've had acrylic nails on for over 35 years. I went to take them off and do gel. They nail techs explained what dip was and I tried it. I am hooked! Easy process, organic products and they guarantee for 2 weeks. I'm on 1 week now and they are phenomenal.
The salon has been there for many years, but they are under new ownership starting in October. Clean, modern and a lot of services at good prices. I'm glad I stumbled on this salon.
